Meredith and Elan At Temple Beth Am

December 10, 2016

Even on their wedding day, Meredith and Elan proved they still were able to surprise one another with spontaneous romance as if they're still newly in love, despite meeting in Barcelona six years prior. This is a couple that goes the extra mile, that perform romantic gestures without second thought. And they laugh. These two are dancing through life. That was clear on December 16th, 2016, when Meredith and Elan tied the knot in Miami at Temple Beth Ann. That morning, Meredith hand wrote a card for Elan, gifting him an engraved pocket knife. Elan gave her a Louis Vuitton leather bracelet. The message was clear: they would carry one another with them from that day forward. The wedding - fun, elegant and radiating joy - was a family affair, and an elegant affair. Meredith wore a strapless, delicate white Vera Wang dress, revealing her tan skin, and highlighting her thick, blonde enviable hair and teardrop pearl earrings. Gold Jimmy Choo heels peaked out from the layers of white lace that draped over her shoes just perfectly. She was walked down the aisle by both her mother and father, who wore sincere smiles, ecstatic to be sharing in the day their daughter was visibly confident and exuberant to be partaking in.

Showcasing her humor, her hashtag for her bridesmaids was #mermaids, and for the wedding at large: #mermademedoit. It was clever and flirty, much like the wedding chemistry that night. Witty, cheeky, and supportive, Elan participated in her joke, embracing her other hashtag, going along for the ride. Confident and playful, he's not cocky. He walks that fine line well. He resembles a handsome, leading romantic-comedy film star. And how sweet and humble they are. After they said "I do" both bride and groom fist pumped the air as if they just won a marathon, really proud, eager, dedicated, and, clearly ready to do the work to have a successful marriage. That's clear. What else is clear? They come from families that value marriage and they're carrying on that tradition but with their own touch. Let's just say their party was stocked with classic, nostalgic treats like various popcorns, donuts, even sour watermelon slices. Sure, they're serious about one another but not self-serious. Just take a peek at them wearing silly glasses and the head over heels, passion when they're not aware the camera is capturing their cinematic, blissful kiss.
